Patrick was the second person hired by the history making 2008 Bobby Bright for Congress Campaign. The campaign received national attention as a result of a conservative Democrat winning an R+13 district which had not been won by a democrat since 1964.

Patrick’s role in the campaign was a true reflection of his broad array of talents. Patrick also conducted the targeting and selection of 81,000 persuadable voters who received voter ID calls.

Shortly after the big win, Patrick Cagle and Bright Campaign manager, David Mowery, teamed up to run the mayoral campaign of then Montgomery County Commission Chairman, Todd Strange. Todd Strange went on to win his bid for mayor, besting five other candidates without a runoff. The Cagle – Mowery duo added another impressive victory to their record.

Since then, his experience has led him to design custom built websites and various mail pieces for candidates. He has a unique vision for aiding candidates by utilizing the newest technology for campaign purposes. His creative spirit allows candidates the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage over the opposition by utilizing the emerging forms of online media.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He grew up in Montgomery and currently resides in East Montgomery with his golden retriever, Molly.
